Key Responsibilities

Deliver Excellence: Conduct high-quality, interactive live online sessions for K-12 students using our digital classroom tools.

Personalize Learning: Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles, ensuring every student feels seen and understood.

Mentor & Guide: Go beyond the curriculum—act as a mentor who encourages critical thinking, creativity, and confidence.

Track Progress: Provide constructive feedback and regular progress updates to students and parents to ensure continuous growth.

Safe Environment: Maintain a professional, encouraging, and safe virtual classroom environment at all times.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of teaching or tutoring experience (online experience preferred).

Subject Mastery: Deep knowledge in your subject area (Math, Science, English, Coding, etc.).

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital teaching tools, virtual whiteboards, and video conferencing platforms.

Communication: exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

Passion: A genuine love for working with children and a belief in the power of education to change lives.

Equipment: A reliable high-speed internet connection, a modern computer/laptop, and a high-quality webcam/headset setup.
