Online Hotel Booking & Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Hotel Booking & Online Marketing Executive to manage our hotel’s online presence and bookings on platforms such as Booking.com, Goibibo, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, and others. The candidate will be responsible for handling guest bookings, reviews, maintaining records from check-in to check-out, and promoting the hotel through social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Google to increase visibility and occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage hotel listings and daily operations on Booking.com, Goibibo, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, and other OTA platforms.

Update room rates, availability, photos, and descriptions regularly.

Handle guest inquiries, bookings, modifications, and cancellations promptly.

Maintain accurate records of all guest details from check-in to check-out.

Collect and respond to guest feedback and reviews on all platforms.

Promote the hotel through social media marketing on Instagram, Facebook, Google, and other channels.

Coordinate with front office and housekeeping for smooth guest experiences.

Monitor competitor pricing and suggest promotional or pricing strategies.

Prepare daily and monthly booking and occupancy reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field preferred).

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel booking management or online marketing (preferred).

Familiarity with OTA extranets such as Booking.com, Goibibo, Agoda, etc.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Good knowledge of social media marketing and online advertising.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and internet-based tools.

Salary:

CTC: ₹1,20,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience).
