Role Description

We are seeking a Online Educator specializing in Coding or Chess to join our team. This on-site role, based in New Delhi, involves designing and executing lesson plans tailored to students' needs. The educator will conduct engaging and interactive teaching sessions, provide thorough training in coding or chess, and offer clear and effective communication to inspire and educate students. You will also be required to adapt teaching approaches based on student progress and feedback to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in lesson planning and developing structured learning modules for Coding or Chess.
• Strong skills in teaching and training students through interactive and tailored methods.
• Excellent communication abilities, with a focus on delivering information in an engaging and clear manner.
• Experience and passion for education and mentoring students to achieve their learning goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science (for coding), or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in teaching or mentoring coding or chess is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others while maintaining professionalism and efficiency in an on-site environment.
