Job Description

Essential Qualification:

2. The candidate must have Diploma or Certification in Video Editing, Broadcast Operations, or Post-Production.

Key Responsibilities:

1.   Operate and manage PCR and studio equipment for live and recorded sessions.

2.   Handle camera setup, audio console, teleprompter, and switching.

3.   Ensure smooth technical workflow, file management, and content backup.

4.   Able to communicate and work in tandem with faculty and students during hands-on training in the studio and PCR.

5.   Perform video editing and post-production using Adobe Premiere Pro, FCP, or DaVinci Resolve.

Required Skills:

1.   Proficiency in vision mixing, switching, and PCR operations.

2.   Excellent knowledge of audio-video cables and connectors.

3.   Expertise in video editing, CG, and VFX software.

4.   Comprehensive knowledge of broadcast standards and ability to perform basic technical troubleshooting of production equipment.

Experience:

Candidates must have 2 to 5 years of professional experience as an Online Editor in the Production Control Room (PCR) of a news or entertainment-based television channel or production house.
