Online E Commerce Executive

Job Title: Online E-Commerce Listing Executive Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Listing Executive to manage, optimize, and maintain product listings across various online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will ensure product listings are accurate, SEO-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with platform guidelines to maximize visibility and conversions. Key Responsibilities Create, upload, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Etsy and eBay, etc. Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images for better ranking and visibility. Update product information, pricing, inventory, and promotional offers regularly. Coordinate with the content, design, and inventory teams to collect accurate product details and images. Monitor listing quality, suppressions, and errors; troubleshoot and resolve listing-related issues promptly. Analyze platform performance reports and identify opportunities for improving listings and sales. Ensure all listings comply with marketplace policies and brand guidelines. Track competitor listings, pricing trends, and market changes. Manage bulk uploads, catalog updates, and variations (colors, sizes, bundles). Assist with campaign setup, product tagging, and other digital cataloging activities as required. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce cataloging or marketplace operations (freshers with strong skills also considered). Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, Meesho, etc. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and bulk upload templates. Good understanding of SEO for product listings. Basic graphic editing skills (Photoshop/Canva/photoroom
