Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and manage data in internal systems
• Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organized digital records and documentation
• Support administrative and reporting tasks as required
• Coordinate with supervisors and project leads on task progress

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in data entry, administration, or clerical work preferred
• High attention to detail and accuracy under time constraints
• Strong computer literacy (Excel, Google Sheets, Word, etc.)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Fluent in English (German/French a plus)
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently in a remote setting
