Job Description

Requisite Qualification :

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Humanities, Education, Communications, or a related field, PhD preferred.

2. Familiarity with Dharma Studies, Indian Knowledge Systems, or spiritual education is a plus.

Requisite Experience: Prior experience in social media management, community engagement, or inter-religious sensitivity and educational program coordination.

Nature of employment: Contract

Other specific required Skills for the Role :

1. Excellent English communication skills written, verbal, and persuasive.

2. Proficiency in Google, Microsoft Suites and other necessary softwares.

3. Experience with or willingness to learn LMS platforms, podcast tools, and AI-based research support tools.

4. Strong interpersonal skills ability to listen, question effectively, and build rapport.

5. Event planning, coordination, and basic marketing skills.

6. Social media fluency and audience engagement with strategic networking.

7. Detail-oriented, highly organised, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with schedule flexibility.

Salary Range: Rs. 70-75000/- per month

Position will report to: Dean, Faculty of Dharma Studies

The Job Description of this Position:

1. Curate and maintain high-quality digital content (text, audio, video) for asynchronous learning platforms (e.g., Teachable, Thinkific, or similar) and Dharma Studies social media handles.

2. Coordinate online and hybrid events such as webinars, workshops, guest lectures, and retreats.

3. Support course design, faculty onboarding, and learning experience optimization for students.

4. Manage and regularly update the Institute's presence across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X, Pinterest).

5. Develop and disseminate promotional materials to boost admissions, course participation, and event attendance.

6. Assist with online student admissions, onboarding, and communication to support retention and success.

7. Coordinate with editors, designers, faculty, and external partners to deliver polished, branded digital communications.

8. Use AI and digital tools for data collection, trend analysis, and research support.

9. Respond promptly and professionally to email, social media messages, and inquiries.

10. Support faculty and team members with podcast recording, editing, and publishing workflows.
