• Understand client requirements and draft winning proposals.
• Maintain a strong follow-up with clients to convert leads into projects.
• Achieve monthly bidding and project acquisition targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Online Bidder.
• Strong communication & proposal writing skills.
• Knowledge of bidding portals and tender submission processes.
• Self-motivated and result-driven approach.
