Job Title: Online Bidder (Shopify & Wordpress)

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Online Bidder to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Upwork and other bidding portals, along with fundamental knowledge of Shopify & Wordpress. This role involves identifying the potential jobs on Upwork, writing winning proposals, making responses to the client’s queries, regular follow-ups & keeping a proper track on the leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bid actively on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
• Create tailored proposals and cover letters highlighting Shopify & Wordpress development.
• Understand client requirements, discuss project scope, and collaborate with the technical team to prepare accurate proposals.
• Handle initial client communication, follow-ups, and close deals successfully.
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.
• Work closely with the Shopify development team to ensure accurate project estimations and delivery timelines.
• Maintain and manage CRM records, tracking leads and progress.
• Meet monthly and quarterly business acquisition targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Online Bidder/Business Development Executive with a focus on Upwork bidding.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify development, E-commerce platforms..
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of project bidding, negotiation, and client handling.
• Ability to prepare professional and customized proposals for different projects.
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
