We’re Hiring: Business Development/Bidder (Commission-Based or Full-Time)

Are you a go-getter who knows how to grab opportunities and convert leads? We’re looking for a Bidder/Business Development Executive to join our growing team! If you have experience in bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or LinkedIn outreach—this is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
• Craft compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
• Generate leads via cold outreach and online platforms.
• Maintain strong follow-ups and close deals.
• Work closely with the technical team to scope and deliver projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in online bidding or sales.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Understanding of digital services like web development, design, or marketing is a bonus.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

Job Type:

• Commission-Based (High percentage on each project)
