Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Online Bidder to join our business development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of winning projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelancing marketplaces. The candidate must be skilled in identifying opportunities, writing persuasive proposals, and converting leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms.
• Write customized, compelling proposals to attract client interest.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients to close deals.
• Collaborate with the technical team to prepare project estimations.
• Maintain records of bids, responses, and conversions.
• Achieve monthly bidding and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in online bidding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile app development, SEO, and digital marketing.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with time-tracking and project management tools.
