Qualifications And Skills

Excellent in English Communication skillsMinimum 1 year experience in bidding in an IT CompanyComfortable in outbound and sales processImmediate joiners preferredRoles And Responsibilities

Identify relevant projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.
Draft compelling proposals and cover letters tailored to the client’s requirements.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and clarify project scope.
Negotiate project terms, timelines, and budgets with potential clients.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients to convert bids into successful projects.
Coordinate with the technical team to prepare accurate project estimations and timelines.
Maintain records of bids, client communications, and conversion rates.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and project acquisition.
Monitor and analyze bidding performance and suggest improvements.
