Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy and results-driven Business Development Executive who thrives in a dynamic environment. You should be passionate about sales, confident in client communication, and committed to driving growth.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience (1–3+ years) in business development, preferably in an IT services company.
Expertise in generating business through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour (PPH), etc.
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
Experience in lead generation, pre-sales, and (optionally) post-sales processes.
Familiarity with web and mobile development services is essential.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Your Responsibilities at Devout Tech (DTech):

Identify and engage potential clients via email, bidding platforms, and direct outreach.
Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities, nurturing them through the early stages of the sales funnel.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proactively contribute to the company’s revenue growth and market expansion.
Collaborate with the technical and project teams to align client expectations with deliverables.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
