Proactively generate and identify leads on Upwork, Guru, and other freelance platforms. Manage and build strong relationships with clients from initial contact through to project delivery. Develop tailored proposals and pitch solutions to potential clients. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and maintain high client satisfaction. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the successful execution of client projects. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets. Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Development Executive (BDE) with a focus on generating leads on platforms like Upwork, Guru, or other freelance job portals. Strong understanding of freelance platform tools, proposal writing, and client communication. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
