Job Description

Your Role Will Include: Planning and executing high-converting social media ad campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) Creating lead generation funnels optimized for CPL, ROAS, and customer quality Driving brand awareness and sales through sharp targeting, creative insights, and budget optimization Working closely with design and marketing teams to align creatives with campaign goals Analyzing campaign performance and making data-backed decisions to scale what works What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years’ experience managing paid ad campaigns (Meta & Google Ads a must) Automotive and/or tech product ad experience is essential Solid understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting , and lookalike strategies Strong track record in lead generation and sales-driven funnels Ability to work with landing pages, UTM tracking, and CRM integration tools Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Work from home Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
