Very bad service i visited for upgrade my oneplus 8 pro which had a line issue to 12r but they telling that is backglass is changed and it's not original but i haven't ever changed my back glass and also behavior is bad very bad service. Authorised OnePlus Service centre at Gardens Galleria Mall first floor. The staff at this service centre is helpful and they addressed the issue with my phone properly. The waiting time becomes higher if you visit in the afternoon so better visit early in the morning. They serve coffee as well! Overall a decent experience.
