The staff at the service center at 1st floor was very cordial. I reached at 6pm with the problem in charging my phone. They checked on the part and told me that phone will be ready before the close of the day. Thanks to them I got my phone working again.

I went down there for screen replacement, the representative siting at counter 2 was very bad at her job. She is not at all following token system, calling people based on her preference. And only one counter was functional, others were taking random customers aimed at filling their pockets. Pathetic service
