Role & responsibilities The primary focus of this role will be auxiliary assistance to ensure a positive experience for new contractors. The Onboarding Assistant will assist the stateside Operations team with the onboarding of recruited candidates and payrolled contractors for various clients and locations. The onboarding process includes administrative oversight involving the completion of various pre-employment steps that may include Background checks, drug testing, safety training, employment/education verifications, and customer-specific documents. Preferred candidate profile Good Communication skill Willing to work in Night shift( 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM) 1-4 years of experience working in an office environment 1+ years of experience using Outlook, Windows, MS Word and Excel Perks and benefits Monday Friday (Sat and Sun fixed offs) Insurance benefits
