Exp: 18 - 25 years Location: Bangalore Skills: Java, Microservices, Cloud Techno-functional role Hybrid working mode (3 days work from office) Responsibilities: Strong technical/functional/business/ commercial awareness Strong interpersonal relationships with both internal and external interfaces Require communication skills to influence both internally and externally Travel business acumen Technical excellence and vision Customer focus mind-set Change management abilities Recognised people management skills at department level Operates with no or very limited supervision Provide leadership and share direction to multiple stakeholders in Account management and R&D organisation Responsible over technical/functional/business strategy for area of responsibility Decisions are guided by functional strategies, objectives and priorities plus resource availability Navigates political landscape in the organisation Makes complex decisions in a timely manner, managing risks and consequences.
