As an Onboarding & Onsite Events Experience Specialist at Micron Technology, your role is crucial in supporting the Global Wellbeing pillars and fostering a sense of community among team members through activities and events. Your responsibilities include: - Designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth transitions, productivity, and engagement from day one. - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for onboarding programs. - Coordinating with local resources to deliver new hire day one events, activities, and logistics. - Establishing and monitoring program health metrics for efficiency and effectiveness. - Partnering with various teams and stakeholders to deliver programs and share best practices. - Coordinating event planning and execution for company-sponsored global events. - Evaluating team member program metrics and driving continuous improvements for increased engagement and productivity. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Event Planning, Event Management, Hospitality, or Communications. Additionally, you should have experience in leading cross-functional projects, employee engagement, user experience design, and change management. Strong project management, communication, and time management skills are essential, along with a passion for people, innovation, and technology.
