Role Description :

Onboarding Head (Contractors Division) | Techno Paints

Techno Paints is looking for an experienced Onboarding Head – Techno Contractors Division, responsible for managing end-to-end onboarding of contractors, supervisors, painters, and project workforce across regions.

📍 Location: Hyderabad

💼 Experience: 5+ Years in onboarding contractors & painters

🎓 Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred (PMC / Construction / Paints / Projects experience desirable)
