As an Onboarding Architect (Intern) at our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and seamless onboarding experience for new joiners. Your proactive and people-focused approach will contribute to shaping first impressions and ensuring employee success from day one. **Responsibilities:** - Coordinate onboarding processes for new interns and full-time employees - Prepare welcome kits, accounts, and documentation ahead of joining - Ensure smooth handover of assets, systems, and team introductions - Support the drafting and organization of offer letters, NDAs, and HR documentation - Maintain onboarding checklists and update internal records - Conduct or assist in onboarding sessions and orientation programs - Gather feedback on onboarding experiences and suggest improvements - Collaborate with HR, IT, and department leads for seamless execution - Help with internal communication and employee engagement initiatives **Requirements:** - Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field - Excellent communication and coordination skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks - Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, or HR platforms (a plus) - Friendly, approachable, and a team player - Creative mindset with an interest in improving employee experience In addition to the above responsibilities and requirements, you will have the opportunity to gain: - Hands-on exposure to modern HR and onboarding practices - Experience in employee lifecycle management and HR documentation - Involvement in real team-building and employee engagement activities - Opportunity to shape how new employees experience the company - Internship certificate Join us for a 3-month internship and be a part of our in-person work environment where you can make a real impact on the onboarding experience of our new employees.
