  • . Strong understanding of OnBase modules such as Workflow, Unity Client, Web Client, and Application Enabler.
  • . Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OnBase users across the enterprise.
  • . Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to document retrieval , workflow automation , and system performance .
  • . Manage OnBase workflows , Unity Forms, Document Types, and User Groups.
  • . Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and implement OnBase solutions that support retail processes like invoice processing , employee onboarding , store audits , and vendor documentation
  • . Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and support resolutions.
  • . Train end-users and create user guides or knowledge base articles.
  • . Hyland OnBase Support Specialist certified
Good-to-Have
  • . Experience with SQL Server, scripting, and basic database troubleshooting.
  • . Familiarity with Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and IIS.

Will be supporting the Data & Analytics area for a US based grocery retailer actively adopting AI-led engineering practices across the SDLC. Team members are encouraged to contribute to automation initiatives, including self-healing systems, predictive monitoring, and AI/ML-based analytics.
