In India, Decathlon started 13 years back, and our first cash-and-carry flagship store was set up in May 2009 at Sarjapur in Bangalore. As of 2023, we are at 107 Stores spread across 42 cities in the country.

OSL-Key Responsibilities-

• Sports advice and customer interaction face to face, via phone, and email.
• Ensure stock availability and maintain your sports layout as per standards.
• Regular catchment study identifying target organizations and defining a business project for the sport.
• Establish long-term partnerships with corporations, educational institutes, sports clubs, and hotels.
• To conduct events in educational institutions and sports clubs.
• To work in the direction of making our sports users very satisfied with their in-store experiences.
• To act omni-in mindset to create awareness about the brand and sports.

KPIs

• Pilot your business (Turnover) with an accuracy of 95%-100% accuracy gap.
• To define strategies that are aligned to help you achieve 100% of your Ambition figures. (Targets which are defined by an omni-sports leader.)
• Maintain your layout merchandising up to the highest quality of Decathlon merchandising standards.
• To ensure the minimum 95% of fast-selling stock availability for the users.
