OM & Billing Analyst II - Japanese Bilingual

You will be joining NCR VOYIX Corporation as a Services Order Management & Billing Analyst. Your role will involve handling activities related to service contracts, specifically maintenance and billing processes. You will ensure compliance with NCR Voyix guidelines and maintain necessary documents for daily operations. As the single point of contact for customers regarding service agreements and maintenance billing, you will play a crucial role in the following key responsibilities: - Coordinating order processing and billing activities for Order Management contracts - Supervising and managing daily tasks of the Customer Advocate Team, overseeing legal agreements, equipment database maintenance, and invoicing processes - Adhering to procedures in compliance with NCR Voyix policies - Conducting reconciliation and reporting tasks, including monthly revenue data verification and providing necessary corrections - Managing archiving and record retention according to NCR Voyix policies - Offering internal and external audit support as required To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field - Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Order Management and Billing, preferably in a global or multinational company - Language: Proficiency in Japanese (mandatory) and English Additionally, you should possess the following skills and attributes: - Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, business teams, and customers - Strong problem-solving and customer service skills - Excellent communication skills across all levels of the process - Strong sense of accountability and urgency - Passion for delivering excellent service and problem-solving - Preferred qualifications include outsourced exposure or experience, global/multi-country experience, and analytical skills Your dedication to ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction will be instrumental in helping NCR VOYIX continue to provide exceptional consumer experiences in the digital commerce industry.,
