OIC Consultant

The role requires you to design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications to be deployed at client sites while ensuring they meet 100% quality assurance parameters. You will be responsible for understanding product/software requirements, developing software solutions, investigating problem areas, facilitating root cause analysis, and identifying ways to improve system performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with functional teams to convert client requirements into feasible designs and work closely with project managers to gather information on software capabilities. Your tasks will also include performing coding, ensuring optimal software/module development, evaluating operational feasibility, developing and automating processes for software validation, modifying software to fix errors, and preparing reports on programming project specifications. You will be expected to ensure error-free code, compile accurate documentation and reports, and provide feedback on usability and serviceability. Moreover, you will be responsible for status reporting and maintaining a customer focus by capturing client requirements, taking regular feedback to ensure timely delivery, and participating in continuing education and training. You will also consult with engineering staff, document solutions, and ensure good quality interactions with customers through various channels. In terms of deliverables, you will be evaluated based on continuous integration, deployment & monitoring of software, quality & CSAT metrics, and MIS & reporting accuracy. Your performance will be measured based on parameters such as error-free onboarding & implementation, on-time delivery, customer experience, and timely generation of MIS & reports.,
