Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of OHS policies, systems, and standards across all business units. Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health and safety legislation, industry standards and Airtel guideline. Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigations, recommending corrective and preventive actions. Deliver safety training and awareness programs for all field forces. Maintain safety records, incident logs, inspection reports, and ensure timely regulatory reporting. Lead internal safety audits and drive readiness for compliance. Drive health and wellness initiatives in collaboration with HR
