Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

1. Data Creation & Lead Generation

Build and maintain a verified database of potential partners across assigned locations.
Conduct primary and secondary research to identify new leads (clinics, pharmacies, elder care centers, etc.).
Regularly update lead trackers/CRM.

2. Calling & Meeting Scheduling

Cold call prospective partners to pitch AGEasy’s offerings.
Educate them on the benefits of partnering and fix meetings.
Maintain a call log with outcomes and follow-up dates.

3. Field Visits & Partner Onboarding

Meet potential partners face-to-face to pitch products and the partnership model.
Showcase product samples, pricing, and revenue opportunities.
Complete onboarding including documentation, training, and initial order placement.

4. Partner Relationship Management

Maintain regular follow-up with onboarded partners.
Ensure high partner satisfaction through timely support and service.
Monitor stock levels and product placement at partner premises.

5. Sales Support & Partner Engagement

Help partners improve product sell-through via education and marketing.
Coordinate on-ground activations, sampling, and local campaigns.
Drive reorders and ensure collection cycles are maintained.

6. Reporting & MIS

Submit daily/weekly reports covering:

New data added
Calls made
Meetings done
Partners onboarded
Orders/revenue generated

Maintain data hygiene and tracker accuracy.

Candidate Requirements:

2–4 years of field sales/BD experience (healthcare/FMCG/wellness preferred).
Strong communication, selling, and follow-up skills.
Proactive and comfortable with frequent local travel.
Working knowledge of Excel.
