As an Officer - Investor Grievance at our Mumbai location, you will be responsible for handling activities related to complaints raised by investors. Your key responsibilities will include: - Interacting with investors to resolve their queries and grievances efficiently. - Coordinating with DPs. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications and experience: - Graduate or Post Graduate. - Age limit up to 30 years. - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the capital market, preferably in DP/RTA or broking firm. - Conversant with Depository/RTA operations. - Good communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
