Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee and execute all valves outfitting activities, including installation, alignment, testing, and inspection, ensuring adherence to project specifications and schedules

Develop and follow daily and weekly work plans for valve installation, coordinating with other sections to ensure seamless progress within the shipbuilding timeline.

Collaborate closely with the Incharge of Pipes and Valves and other team members to ensure valve installations are aligned with the broader piping outfitting schedule

Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on valve installations, ensuring that all work meets project standards and regulatory requirements

Provide regular updates to the Incharge of Pipes and Valves on task completion, material status, and any challenges impacting the timeline

Preferred candidate profile

Hands-on experience with valve systems,repairs including installation, alignment, and quality assurance.

Additional certifications in Valve Installation, Quality Control, or Project Management are
advantageous
