Role Overview: As a Fresher girl in the SCM department at Mohali location, your role will involve managing the end-to-end procurement process. This includes sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, products, and services. You will be responsible for evaluating and selecting suppliers based on quality, cost-effectiveness, reliability, and delivery time. Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and identifying cost-saving opportunities will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, collaborating with other departments to understand their purchasing needs and providing timely solutions will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end procurement process - Evaluate and select suppliers based on various criteria - Maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate contracts - Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies - Collaborate with other departments to address purchasing needs Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in any stream (B.com/BBA preferred) - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy - Ability to work effectively in a team environment Please note that this job is specifically for females.
