Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handling and operation of
OSD packing equipment
such as Blister Packing Machines, Strip Packing Machines, Cartoners, Labellers, Shippers, and Case Packers.
Execution of
packing activities
as per approved BMR/BPR and SOPs.
Line clearance, equipment setup, and changeover activities.
Ensuring compliance with
cGMP, GDP, and safety guidelines
during packing operations.
Online documentation of packing records, logbooks, and checklists.
Monitoring packing parameters and ensuring output as per production targets.
Coordination with QA for in-process checks and batch release activities.
Handling deviations, incidents, and CAPA implementation related to packing.
Maintaining housekeeping and 5S practices in packing areas.
Supporting audits and inspections (Internal, Regulatory, Customer).
Training and guiding technicians and contract manpower on packing operations.

Skills & Competencies:

Hands-on experience in
OSD packing operations
.
Knowledge of
cGMP, GDP, Data Integrity
, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to handle multiple packing lines and shift operations.
Good documentation and communication skills.
Exposure to
USFDA / EU / WHO-GMP
regulated environments is preferred.
