Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Officer Production & R&D at Vamsi Labs Ltd. The ideal candidate should have 0-5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee production processes to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Conduct research and development activities to improve existing products and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and technologies.
Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards.
Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, biology, or pharmacy.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
Familiarity with laboratory equipment and software is desirable.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
