Job Title: Officer Production & Assembly Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan Experience: 7 to 10 Years Industry: Manufacturing (Footwear / Related Industry Preferred) Qualification: Diploma / PG Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Footwear Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field Job Description: We are hiring an Officer Production & Assembly for our Bhiwadi manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for supporting production planning and execution, managing inventory and WIP, supervising assembly line operations, and ensuring smooth production flow. Key Responsibilities: Assist in daily production planning and execution Monitor inventory and Work-In-Progress (WIP) control Supervise and lead shop floor operators and contract workers Maintain timely and accurate production reports and documentation Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure smooth operations Candidate should have: 7 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing production & assembly Experience in footwear or related manufacturing industry preferred Diploma / PG Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Footwear Technology, Mechanical, or related discipline Strong leadership and team management skills Good understanding of production processes and inventory management Why Join Us?
