Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate salary transfers to employee accounts monthly. You will also support audit and compliance requirements (SOX/Statutory) and address auditors" queries. Additionally, you will ensure the timely completion of Full and Final (FNF) settlements and coordinate recovery cases with HR Legal. Your role will involve educating employees about the NPS product through communications and events, as well as monitoring vendor performance for employee benefits and sharing performance reports.
