Job Description

Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment/utilities in
OSD & SVP areas
.
Operate and maintain HVAC, water system, compressors, and cleanroom equipment.
Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of production equipment.
Ensure timely calibration and maintain related documentation.

Manage installation, commissioning, and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of new machines/utilities.
Review calibration, validation, and engineering documentation for compliance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth production and regulatory readiness.
Handle deviations, investigations, and CAPA related to engineering issues.
Assist production and QA/QC teams in resolving equipment-related issues.
Follow cGMP, safety, and EHS practices during engineering activities.

Requirements:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation).
2 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical engineering (OSD/SVP).
Hands-on with utilities, cleanroom equipment, and maintenance practices.
Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements.
