Role & responsibilities:

Officer: Electrical Maintenance

A. Machine & Equipment Maintenance

• Perform

  breakdown maintenance

  for rubber industry machines such as:
• Mixing mill, Kneader/ Banbury
• Extruders
• Calendar machines
• Hydraulic presses / Curing presses
• Belt building machines
• Batch-off units
• Boilers, compressors, cooling towers
• Carry out

  preventive and predictive maintenance

  as per schedule.
• Ensure minimal downtime and quick restoration of machines.

B. Electrical Systems & Panels

C. Troubleshooting & Repair

D. Utility Maintenance

• Monitor and maintain:
• HT/LT power systems
• DG set
• Air compressor
• Cooling tower
• ETP / STP electrical equipment
• Ensure uninterrupted power supply and safe operation.

E. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain logbooks, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with statutory standards:
• Electrical safety
• Energy conservation
• ISO documentation (9001:2015)
• Support annual audits and safety inspections.

F. Safety

• Ensure safety interlocks, emergency stops, and guarding are functional.
• Report unsafe conditions and support safety trainings.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Candidate should completed Bachelors.

2. Relevant Work Experience 2-4 yrs.
