Job Description

Role & Responsibilities: 1. Connect with the companies and register them in the NAPS/NATS portal. 2. Understanding the policies of NAPS/ NATS.(must) 3. Connecting with the companies to understand their requirements. 4. Sourcing candidates from various sources to meet the company’s requirements. 5. Generating bills as per the scheme policy. 6. Coordinating with the departments for compliances & payments. Eligibility : Bachelor's Degree. Preferably from Manpower sourcing, payroll support, and similar industries. Excellent Communication and presentability. Ready to accept challenges. Flexible with travelling Having prior experience in client coordination and negotiation. Good experience with Data management and presentation. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Health insurance Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
