Job Description Summary Officer [Marketing] The Officer (Marketing) will play a creative and technical role in supporting the organization’s marketing efforts through visual content creation and digital communication . The primary focus will be on developing engaging 2D graphics and videos to promote products, offers, and brand presence across digital platforms. Key responsibilities include: Creative Content Development : Designing 2D posts and videos for wishing messages , product launches , customer testimonials , and promotional campaigns . Producing visually compelling marketing assets tailored for digital channels to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility. Web Graphics & Banner Design : Creating web banners in 2D format for packages, promotions, and seasonal offers to be published on the company website. Ensuring consistency in design with brand identity and marketing objectives. Video Production : Developing day-wise itinerary videos for travel products to help visually communicate travel plans to potential customers. Creating seasonal and trend-based videos showcasing destinations, aligning with current market interests. Digital Support & Coordination : Collaborating with internal teams to ensure that all visual marketing materials are aligned with campaign goals. Adapting content formats based on platform and audience requirements. The role may also involve additional tasks as assigned , based on evolving business needs and marketing strategies. Minimum Qualification: Full-time graduate in any discipline Candidates with specialization in digital marketing or digital communication may be preferred Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in video creation , webpage/web banner design , or web development will be given preference
