Responsible for the maintenance and smooth functioning of cranes and related machinery at the Test Bed facility. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal performance of all mechanical and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee maintenance and operation of Tower Cranes (up to 90 meters height).
Conduct regular inspections and servicing of Winch Machines and other test bed equipment.
Monitor and manage systems using SCADA for performance tracking and fault detection.
Apply working knowledge of PLC and VFD drives for control systems maintenance and troubleshooting.
Perform general mechanical and electrical maintenance as per schedule.
Utilize SAP for maintenance records, work orders, and spare parts tracking.
