Job Description

1. Preparation of buffers and other solutions for plasma fractionation process.

2. Batch manufacturing record samples sending to QC for analysis.

3. Performing PHT, CIP and SIP of all the process vessels.

4.Follow shift schedule and production schedule, planning of shifts for the subordinate as per process requirement.

5. Preparation Review of equipment IQ, OQ and PQ documents.

6.To involve in Production planning and execution.

7. To get involved in technical discussion and planning for execution of new product validation batches and commercial batches in plant.

8. To get involved in Batch-to-batch yield analysis and investigation for low yield or OOS routed through Change control or deviation.
