Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to safety rules in the premises as per company norms. Your duties will include maintaining aseptic area cleaning and fogging by coordinating with the engineering department based on the schedule. Additionally, you will be accountable for manufacturing and supervising Media fill and Drug products batches, performing in-process checks, dispensing, checking, and receiving raw materials, and maintaining the area properly for autoclave operations. Your role will also involve preparing and issuing disinfectant solutions, operating and cleaning various equipment in the autoclave area, preparing loads for autoclaving, monitoring DP, RH, and temperature in different areas, and coordinating with cross-functional departments for day-to-day activities. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure aseptic area cleaning and fogging in coordination with the engineering department. - Maintain online BMRs and log books as per cGMP and SOP. - Supervise manufacturing of Media fill and Drug products batches. - Perform in-process checks during operations. - Dispense, check, and receive raw materials. - Clean and maintain the autoclave area properly. - Prepare, filter, and issue disinfectant and deactivation solutions. - Operate and clean various equipment in the autoclave area. - Monitor DP, RH, and temperature in different areas. - Coordinate with cross-functional departments for day-to-day activities. - Complete SOPs training and on-the-job trainings related to autoclave and filling areas. - Operate and clean dynamic pass boxes in autoclave and filling areas. - Carry out CIP & SIP of vessels related to autoclave and filling areas. - Complete calibrations and validations activities in coordination with Engineering and QA. - Prepare and revise SOPs related to aseptic processing area.
