Officer - Digital Marketing

Role & responsibilities:

1. Responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing including performance marketing, influencer marketing campaigns, SEO and PPC strategies for the brand in coordination with the MarCom team.

2. Innovate and present new marketing platforms and manage link-building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presences for the brand.

3. Develop and monitor engaging online content including videos, graphics and blogs to analyse content success.

4. Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

5. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels for retention campaigns.

6. Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends, and manage and analyse the social media campaigns to forecast their growth and ROI.

7. Create unique and engaging content by hiring third-party graphic designers, web designers, and videographers.

8. Drive traffic to company pages through Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites.

9. Develop and manage projects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team members work, adhering closely to deadlines and budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects.

10. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world.

11. Facilitate the payment process by coordinating with the SCM team for the MarCom function.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Minimum 1+ years, of experience in Digital Marketing.

2. Experience in Social Media Usage and Design

3. Experience in creating Branding Frameworks and strategies for multiple locations.

4. Engaging Personality in driving corporate communication.

5. Ability to guide and provide ideas in driving Brand Building Initiatives with Farmers.

6. High on integrity

7. Excellent communication verbal, written and presentation skills

8. Effective networking and proficiency in dealing with Media Agencies

9. Strong Interpersonal Skills for better working with internal stakeholders
