Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team in the Consumer Banking Group of DSB Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide top-notch support to our clients.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Provide product information and solutions to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
Resolve complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Continuously update knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.

Job Requirements
