Project Execution & Timely CompletionEnsure projects (construction, repairs, maintenance) are completed on time and within budget.

On-time project completion rate (=90% adherence to schedule).
Budget adherenceNumber of project milestones achieved as per plan.Reduction in project delays (measured in days).

Quality & Compliance

Ensure all civil works meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Number of non-conformities/rework instances (target: =2 per project).
Compliance with safety & industry standards (zero safety violations).Defect rate in completed works (Zero of total work).Audit pass rate (100% compliance in internal/external audits).

Repairs & Maintenance EffectivenessEnsure structural integrity and longevity of industrial assets through effective R&M. Reduction in breakdowns/repeat repairs (YOY improvement).
Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) of repaired structures.Cost savings from preventive maintenance (vs. reactive repairs).Cost Control & Resource OptimizationOptimize material, labor, and contractor costs without compromising quality. Material wastage reduction (=5% of total consumption).Vendor/contractor cost negotiation savingsAdherence to budget (Budget should not exceed).

Safety & Risk Management

Maintain a zero-accident work environment. Zero major safety incidents .
