Officer Accounts

As a Regional Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing Tier-2 customers in the assigned location. Your role involves handling the entire life-cycle of existing customers and acquiring new ones. You will individually manage top customers and prospects while reporting to the Regional Key Account Manager. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders is a key aspect of this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform monthly GL reconciliations such as ESIC, National Insurance, and post relevant entries in NAV under the guidance of supervisors. - Update and reconcile booked GST invoices, ensuring accuracy and following up with branches/vendors to claim eligible input credit or recover unpaid GST. - Maintain precise booking and document support for procurement-related expenses like freight, rent, transport, and courier. - Book utility bills from portals, adjust journal vouchers, and share lists of unpaid invoices for necessary actions. **Key Result Areas:** - Monthly GL Reconciliation - GST Input Credit Accuracy - Invoice Booking & Documentation - Vendor Coordination & Compliance **Qualification Required:** - B.Com degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience. - Master's Degree will be preferred. - Proficiency in MS-Excel/Google Sheets.
