Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Operations & Order Management Executive to handle the daily operational activities of our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing orders from booking to dispatch, ensuring smooth coordination with delivery partners, and maintaining up-to-date inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the office and order processing.

  • Book new customer orders into the system.

  • Pack orders accurately and securely.

  • Hand over packed orders to delivery personnel on time.

  • Maintain and update inventory records regularly.

  • Ensure proper stock management to avoid shortages or overstocking.

  • Coordinate with the team to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.
