Ahsien International School invites applications for the position of Office Staff cum Counsellor to assist in the efficient management of day-to-day administrative and counselling functions. The ideal candidate should be organized, proficient in MS Office applications, and capable of maintaining effective communication with parents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the front office desk, greet visitors, and handle parent inquiries with professionalism.
• Maintain and update school records, files, and documentation.
• Draft and issue official notices, circulars, and correspondence.
• Handle data entry, reports, Question Paper printing and documentation using Excel and Word.
• Support school management in day-to-day administrative operations.
• Assist in student and parent counselling when required.
• Coordinate with departments for smooth communication and information flow.
• Schedule Interviews, collect CVs documents etc.
• Communicate requirements to vendors, collect quotations, and schedule deliveries to meet school timelines and event needs

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preference for candidates with administrative or counselling background).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Organized, punctual, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Prior experience in a school or educational setup will be an advantage.
