Job Description

As a Receptionist in our company, you will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls in a polite and professional manner. You will also greet visitors and guide them to the appropriate departments or individuals. Keeping the filing systems organized, both physical and digital, will be part of your daily tasks. Your role will involve preparing and modifying various documents such as correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails. It is essential to showcase your ability to work both independently and collaboratively while maintaining a professional demeanor and customer service-oriented attitude. Key Responsibilities: - Answer and direct phone calls courteously and professionally. - Greet visitors and direct them to the right departments or individuals. - Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital. - Prepare and modify documents like correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails. - Exhibit the capability to work independently and collaboratively. - Demonstrate a professional demeanor and customer service-oriented attitude.
