Requirement:

Looking for enthusiastic candidates who can work in the night shifts for our US IT Staffing firm.

  • Need a candidate with good communication skills and knowledge of MS OFFICE.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Qualification:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office and administrative tasks
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and interviews
  • Maintain and update candidate and employee records
  • Prepare and manage reports, spreadsheets, and documentation
  • Assist in recruitment activities such as cold calling and follow-ups
  • Support HR in onboarding and employee documentation
  • Organize and maintain office files and supplies
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Comfortable with night shifts and cold calling
